Bexar commissioners approve $52 million for Loop 1604 expansion

Bexar County commissioners approved $52 million to advance the non-tolled expansion of Loop 1604 from U.S. Highway 90 to Culebra Road. The plan is separated into two projects, which are detailed in this report.
