BOERNE, Texas – UPDATE: A man accused of stealing cash from a Chili's restaurant and leading police officers on a vehicle chase has been arrested in Comal County, the Boerne Police Department said.
Samuel McDonald, 39, has been taken into police custody, according to the department's Facebook page.

Boerne police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who led authorities from Boerne into San Antonio and was able to get away after a robbery.
Police said it started Wednesday when Samuel McDonald, 39, allegedly robbed a Chili's restaurant. His vehicle was spotted on I-10 near Fair Oaks Parkway, and Fair Oaks Ranch police pursued him into San Antonio.
McDonald ended up crashing into another vehicle and came to a stop near UTSA Boulevard. Boerne police said he got out of the vehicle, ran into a wooded area and escaped.
McDonald remained at large Thursday night. He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He currently has warrants out for his arrest in Kendall County and Bexar County.
