If you've seen a child on a motorcycle and thought, "There has to be a law against that!" you're right. But it might not be what you think.
Officer Marcus Trujillo with the San Antonio Police Department explains:
"When it comes to riding as a passenger on a motorcycle, there's no minimum age requirement. However, the rider must be old enough to reach the foot pegs and also wear a DOT-approved safety helmet."
