Some of the replicas weighed from 200 pounds to one ton.

The artist who created the replicas, Jose Edid, has made dinosaurs for several movies, including "Jurassic Park" and "Night at the Museum."

In addition to the dinosaur replicas, there are educational play stations, hand-painted dioramas depicting regions of the world that will provide a backdrop for more than 100 full-body mounts and unique art pieces from around the world.

The museum, which will be housed on an 8-acre site, is scheduled to open this spring.
