The Easter tradition is alive and well in San Antonio.
KSAT 12 spoke to one woman who said her family has been following the tradition for 10 years, but they did run into some trouble while trying to save their table Wednesday.
Joann Talamantez said her son-in-law will be back at the park Thursday morning to make sure they still have their picnic table.
The park curfew will be lifted starting Thursday night at 11, allowing people to camp overnight for the Easter weekend.
