SAN ANTONIO – Officials with Holt CAT, the largest Caterpillar dealer in the country, say the company plans to expand its headquarters in San Antonio, adding new jobs and investing millions in the process.
The company says county commissioners and City Council will vote on an incentive package next week.

The package is a 10-year, 100 percent tax abatement on property on the city's Southeast Side.
As part of the deal, the company will add 45 new jobs.
Holt CAT already employes 642 people in San Antonio.
The company operates in 118 counties in Texas and has called San Antonio home since 1933.
