An organization that provides services dogs to military veteran broke ground Friday on a new building in the Alamo City.
The Petco Foundation K9 Center will be a kennel that operates in partnership with the City of San Antonio’s Animal Care Services.
Together, they’ll work to pair up dogs who need forever homes with military veterans.
