SAN ANTONIO – We see you, Taco Cabana, getting Texas boozy and festive at the same time.
Two months after introducing a seasonal pumpkin spice-flavored margarita, the Tex-Mex restaurant chain is introducing new alcoholic drinks, this time with a Christmas twist.

Taco Cabana on Tuesday announced it will offer candy cane margaritas for $3 at Texas locations. Restaurants will also sell the new, seasonal apple spice margarita for the same price.
The chain also introduced a Rum Tea Punch made with Bacardi Rum, and the non-alcoholic Cafe de Olla, a sweetened coffee with added cinnamon.
New menu items include TC Torpedoes, fried corn masa filled with chicken or cheese and poblano; churros; and breakfast tortas.
TC Torpedoes can be purchased as a two-pack, a plate or a combo with chips and queso, according to a news release. Prices range from $4.99 to $7.99.
Tortas can be bought with chorizo and egg, cheese and egg, or bacon, egg and cheese. Those range from $2.99-$3.99.
All of the new menu items will be available starting Wednesday, the release states.
Guests who buy $25 in gift cards will receive a $5 appreciation gift card to use in a future visit.
