Comal County Public Health runs out of COVID-19 vaccine

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Comal County Public Health has run out of its initial full allotment of COVID-19 vaccine.

According to a news release, the state allocated 200 Moderna vaccines to Comal County Public Health, which were administered within one week as per Tier 1A eligibility.

There is no word yet when the next shipment of vaccines will arrive or how many.

Health officials said once the next allotment arrives, the public will be advised through Comal County’s social media platforms and the County website.

There are vaccines still available by other providers in Comal County.
