SAN ANTONIO – The throwback Fiesta colors that inspired this season’s Spurs City Edition jerseys have also inspired a sweet collaboration between the Spurs and H-E-B called Spurs Sherbet.

The sherbet debuted on store shelves on Jan. 4 with a flavor combination of strawberry, orange and blue raspberry sherbet.

The H-E-B Creamy Creations Fiesta sherbet will be sold in both half-gallon and pint-sizes in stores throughout South and Central Texas including San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, Laredo and surrounding areas while supplies last.

Ashwin Nathan, H-E-B’s vice president of marketing and advertising, said the company was excited to feature the team and vintage look in a signature sherbet that’s made right here in San Antonio.

“We know Spurs fans are excited to see the return of the iconic Fiesta colors and we’re thrilled to offer this limited-edition Creamy Creations flavor as the perfect pairing to launch the season,” Nathan said. “In San Antonio, we all know H-E-B and the Spurs are a winning flavor combination.”

The company said fans can “stay tuned” to see the limited-edition flavor featured in an online video with players sporting the classic Fiesta colors.

Fans can visit Spurs.com/CityEdition for a list of dates that you can enjoy Spurs Sherbet while the team wears the new look on the court.
