SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing at-risk teen last seen on San Antonio’s Northwest Side.
Police say 16-year-old Ryan Wesley Wren Jr. was last seen in the 5800 block of Shadow Glen on Wednesday.

Officials said Wren has a medical condition that requires a doctor’s care.
Wren is described by police as being 5 feet, 7 inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. He also has a surgical scar on his upper lip.
He was last seen wearing glasses, a blue Nirvana tee shirt, black basketball shorts and grey running shoes.
