Original story:

A search is underway for a missing 74-year-old man who was last seen in Kyle, according to authorities.

John Bohac III was last seen at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Dusky Thrush Drive driving a gray 2020 Toyota Sienna with a Texas license plate that reads, “96946DV.”

Bohac has a cognitive impairment and is described as having white hair, hazel eyes and a faded tattoo on one arm. He was last seen wearing a camo veteran hat, a gray long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

Law enforcement officials said they believe Bohac’s disappearance “poses a credible threat” to his own health and safety.
