Man shot at, grazed by bullet during argument; woman detained, police say

Officers called around 2:15 a.m. to 13500 block of Dutch Myrtle

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating after a man was shot at and grazed by a bullet during an argument overnight.

Officers were called around 2:15 a.m. to the 13500 block of Dutch Myrtle Street, not far from Highway 281 and East Bitters Road after receiving word of a person wounded.

According to police, an argument between a man and a woman led to the man being shot at. It is unclear as to exactly what the argument was about.

Police said the woman was detained and taken in for questioning.

The injured man was transported by EMS to an area hospital, where he is expected to recover.

SAPD said they are investigating and charges are pending.
