SAN ANTONIO – A bar on San Antonio’s Far West Side was written up by health inspectors late last month after the entity operating its kitchen was doing so without a proper license.
Doc Browns, located in the 6500 block of W. FM 1604 North, was given a score of 78.

According to city health records, its kitchen was being operated by Rock-N-Rolls TX, which does not have a food establishment license.
The bar was also cited for failing to control pests.

- 100-90 = A (Very Good to Acceptable)
- 89-80 = B (Acceptable to Marginal)
- 79 or lower = C (Marginal to Poor)
Metro Health indicates that scores of 69 or lower are failing scores.
