According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the case originated when Dallas police recovered the teen.

The teen told police that she met a man in the parking lot of a San Antonio hotel. He had unprotected sex with her and then she started working for him and having sexual encounters with other men for money.

The girl said that man, Hughes and Hughes’ girlfriend took pictures of her and posted them on escort websites.

She told investigators that Hughes took her to various hotels in cities across the state to meet up with men.

Hughes’ girlfriend and the other man involved are named in the affidavit, but jail records show they have not been arrested.

Hughes was taken into custody on Thursday.

He’s being held in the Bexar County jail on a bond of $200,000.
