SAN ANTONIO – A woman told police she was shot at a bar after arriving at a local hospital with a gunshot wound, according to San Antonio police.
The 19-year-old woman went to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg at 2:45 a.m. in the 300 block of N. Santa Rosa Street.

She told police that she was shot at a bar in the 800 block of Ruiz Street.
Investigators found shell casings in the area, but no blood was found. said SAPD.
Police said the suspect had fled the scene in a black sedan.
This is an ongoing investigation.
