SAN ANTONIO – A driver who was found to be intoxicated and his two passengers were arrested after they fired multiple rounds in the air on Highway 281, according to San Antonio police.
SAPD responded to multiple reports of a blue Ford F250 firing rifle rounds in the air at 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 16200 block of US Highway 281 N.

Officers located the truck speeding on the highway’s access road and attempted to perform a traffic stop.
The driver, a 25-year-old man, then fled into a mobile home park, where he ran to the front of a home.
After conducting a felony traffic stop, all parties were taken into custody, said SAPD.
Police said the driver was arrested on discharge in a municipality, driving while intoxicated, and evading in a vehicle.
The two passengers were also arrested for discharge in a municipality.
