SAN ANTONIO – A man running in and out of a street on the South Side was hit by a truck overnight, according to San Antonio police.
The incident happened at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of Commercial Avenue, south of Southwest Military Drive.
Police said they received a call for a man running in and out of the street, and they then received a call that someone hit him with a truck.
The driver of the truck told police that she didn’t see the man before she struck him.
He was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
The driver is not facing any charges and the incident is under investigation.
