SAN ANTONIO – A woman was found dead on a highway Tuesday morning on the city’s South Side.
According to San Antonio police, officers were called out for a fatality accident around 10:30 a.m. at Interstate 37 and South Loop 1604 South.
When they arrived, they found the woman deceased.
Officers believed she had been run over by several vehicles.
An investigation is on going.
