SAPD, Crime Stoppers searching for suspects who shot 3-year-old girl

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest

SAN ANTONIOSan Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are searching for suspects who opened fire on a mother and child, leaving a 3-year-old girl with a gunshot wound.

The shooting happened around 11:40 p.m. on August 29 in the 530 block of Gembler Road.

Police said the mother was walking with her 3-year-old daughter to their car when several unknown suspects fired at them.

SAPD says the toddler was struck by the gunfire in her leg.

Investigators later connected the suspect vehicle to the shooting of a 63-year-old man on Ferris and Bellinger on August 28. Officials released a photo captured on surveillance footage of the suspect vehicle.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest
