SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for the person who shot a man as he was walking on the Southwest Side.
The shooting happened at around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of S. Gen. McMullen Drive, not far from Roselawn Road and Kennedy Park.

The victim told police he was walking in front of an apartment complex when a man started shooting at him, according to San Antonio police.
Police said he suffered a gunshot or shrapnel wound to his right calf.
He ran to a nearby gas station to call for help. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
