The Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation and Rey Feo Consejo Educational Foundation announced that entrepreneur Fabian Castillo has been bestowed the honor of becoming the next Rey Feo candidate.
The San Antonio and West Side native said he looks forward to making a difference through the scholarship fund.
