The property, located near the University of Incarnate Word, was home to the first Broadway Bank in San Antonio.

A burger and cocktail restaurant called ‘The Broadway 50 50′ now occupies the property.

“After over 90 years and multiple generations of ownership, the Montanio family has made the decision to sell their iconic corner of Alamo Heights. The Montanio family looks fondly at the mark their family has made on Alamo Heights and looks forward to seeing what future legacies will be built under new ownership,” said Montanio.

According to the listing on RealAgentsOnDuty.com, this is the first time the property has been available to purchase since the 1950s.

The sale lists three different properties, including 5050 Broadway, 5054 Broadway and an adjoining lot at 102 Barilla.

It’s unclear whether The Broadway 50 50 will remain open with the future new ownership.
