BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – UPDATE: The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified a man killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Friday night.
Sergio Rodriguez, 58, died from blunt force injuries, the ME’s office said. Officials ruled his death an accident.

ORIGINAL STORY: A person is dead after multiple vehicles crashed in northeast Bexar County, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened around 5 p.m. in the 7500 block of Kitty Hawk Road near Toepperwein Road.
Authorities said a woman in one of the vehicles was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
It’s not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved.
