For $5, the theaters will fill up your favorite bucket or bowl you bring to the movies as long as it does not exceed 400 ounces.
The statement said anyone can get popcorn, even those without a movie ticket.
If you don’t have a bowl to bring, XL buckets are being offered for $5, or you can choose from their cinematic collection.
“Popcorn has always been the star of movie theater concessions, though popcorn vessels have become an award-worthy supporting actor. We are excited for everyone to get creative with this campaign and show off their choice of container while enjoying the iconic snack alongside a great film,” said David Haywood, Cinemark SVP of Food and Beverage.
Cinemark has two locations in San Antonio, one at the 5000 block of Northwest Loop 410 W and the other in the 4200 block of New Braunfels Ave., Ste. 601.
