“We’re excited to be able to offer the expanded hours,” said Robert Boyd, an engineer with Comal County. “The extra hours and additional day of service will give people more flexibility to utilize all of the recycling services offered by the county.”
Residents can recycle a variety of materials at the center, including:
- Food grade plastics
- Cardboard
- Glass
- Metals
The expanded hours will help accommodate a wider range of schedules and make it easier for community members to recycle their materials.
The facility is open to all Comal County residents, and all items should be separated according to the guidelines available on the Comal County website.
