SAN ANTONIO – A 39-year-old man is dead after being shot Tuesday night in northeast Bexar County, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to reports of a shooting around 8:42 p.m. in the 6800 block of Oldham Drive.
When they arrived, they found a blue sedan with the driver’s door open and the victim lying nearby with multiple gunshot wounds.
Deputies immediately began life-saving efforts, but first responders arriving on the scene took over CPR, BCSO said. Despite their efforts, the man was pronounced dead shortly after.
Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing several individuals flee the scene on foot. A juvenile was detained near the area for questioning, but no arrests have been made.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspects.
Authorities have not disclosed a motive or descriptions of the gunmen.
