SAN ANTONIO – Police are searching for a man who they say stabbed another man in the back of the head with an ice pick Saturday night.
Investigators said the two men got into an argument at the Annex Bar in the 300 block of San Pedro Avenue about 10:40 p.m.
The suspect then pulled out an ice pick and stabbed the other man in the back of the head, police said.
The victim was taken to the San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition. Police are still searching for the suspect.
