Incident occurred just after 11 p.m. Friday

SAN ANTONIO – A 20-year-old man is in the hospital Saturday morning after a late-night stabbing at a gas station parking lot, San Antonio police said.

The incident was reported just after 11 p.m. at a Chevron station in the 13300 block of Nacogdoches Road.

Police said they were told two men had been arguing inside the parked truck when the driver stabbed the passenger in the chest.

Police said the victim left the scene before EMS crews picked him up roughly a block away.

The victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center and is now in critical condition.

Police said they are now looking for the suspect in a red pickup truck.
