Details of the highly-anticipated Tricentennial New Year's Eve festival will be announced Wednesday morning.
Mayor Ron Nirenberg and County Judge Nelson Wolff will announce the full list of musical performances, event partners and corporate sponsors during the 10 a.m. press conference.
The New Year's Eve festival marks the beginning of celebrations for the city and county's 300th birthday.
The event will take place near the grounds of HemisFair '68. The free event will feature five live musical acts and a firework show, providing family-friendly fun for locals and visitors alike.
