The Bexar County Sheriff's Office said Robnett and Aguilar were meeting up with Barnhardt and another person named Albert Ramirez to purchase marijuana.

Ramirez said he pulled Barnhardt toward the passenger side front seat and drove to an H-E-B in the 6500 block of FM 78 on the city's far Northeast Side to call 911.
Barnhardt died at San Antonio Military Medical Center. Ramirez suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Both are charged with murder, which carries a penalty of 5 to 99 years behind bars. Robnett is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which carries a punishment of 2 to 20 years.
Robnett told KSAT 12 "I didn't shoot nobody," as officers escorted him and Aguilar to jail.
Online records show Robnett was previously arrested for possession of marijuana and evading arrest earlier this year. Ramirez was previously arrested for posession of marijuana last year.
