The Pecan Praline is the number one-selling item at Mi Tierra's bakery.
They are made daily by Tereso Torentera, also known as the Candy Man.
Torentera has worked at Mi Tierra since 1981. He makes about four or five trays of pralines daily, and about 20 trays during the summer and on holidays.
They use about 30 pounds of pecans to make 15-20 trays.
