Boss Bagel and Coffee is the only wood fired bagel company in the state of Texas inspired by New York style recipes. What makes this place unique is they actually boil their bagels in agave water and cook them on cedar planks in a wood-fired oven which guarantees a bagel full of flavor and love.
Owners, Brannon and Christie Soileau, are very excited to share their love for cooking and bagels with the people of San Antonio! They are both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America and have had much experience with owning restaurants all throughout the United States. Their inventive and creative style of cooking makes for delicious food. Go on down to Boss Bagel and try for yourself. They are located at 6458 New Braunfels Ave and open Tuesday-Friday 6am-3pm as well as Saturday & Sunday 8am-3pm. Unfortunately they are closed on Mondays, but good thing there are 6 other days in the week for you to go and enjoy a delicious bagel and some hot coffee!
