During the summer of 2002, Summer Moon was born in Austin, TX. As a family-owned business, it started as a coffee bar and soon turned into a family-friendly coffee roasting shop.
Their coffee is hand-roasted, daily, over an open flame of Texas oak wood. It provides customers with essential energy that, also, satisfies the taste buds. The coffee beans come from places like Indonesia, Central and South America, and Africa. The beans are 90% fair trade and 100% organic, as well. Another thing that makes their coffee delicious and unique is the moon milk they put in the coffee.
The best part is, they are always roasted to perfection. It's a great place to bring the kids and an even better place to grab a coffee on the go. If you don't have time for the commute, Summer Moon sells their coffee ready to order! They, also, sell different Summer Moon products such as mugs and giftcards.
No matter where you are, you can always find a Summer Moon because they have 16 different locations throughout Texas. There are now two locations in San Antonio, 3233 North St. Mary's St and their new location 11831 Culebra Rd, in Alamo Ranch. So drop on in to get a cup of coffee, a sweet treat or even a smoothie from their friendly and welcoming staff!
