SAN ANTONIO – Today at 1 p.m. on SA Live, Get Fit Friday for you and your furry friends, Bird Bakery gives back, a wine bar provides take-and-bake casseroles and more.

But first, it’s National Red Wine Day! If you’re getting ready to hang at the beach, lake, river or pool, you know you can’t bring wine in the bottle. So what’s better: wine in the box or in the can? Speaking of wine, head over to Copa Wine Bar to get delicious blends and take-and-bake casseroles! They’re sharing a few of their most popular dinner to-go options.

Want to feel good about eating those carbs? Bird Bakery is selling a cookie for a cause: to raise money for the nonprofit Salood. A little boy who has cancer, Drew, came up with the recipe himself. Jen chats with owner Elizabeth Chambers about the “Drew Monster Cookie.”
