SAN ANTONIO – Today at 1 p.m. on SA Live, Flaco Jimenez passes the torch for his food truck, vegan sloppy Joes, Thirsty Thursday, a new juice bar to try and more.

Tacos Jimenez, once owned by the legendary Grammy award winner Flaco Jimenez, is now being passed on to his son. It opens today and David Elder takes gives us a taste!

Plus, want a healthier sloppy Joe? Tidy Ben’s Food Truck offers vegan sloppy Joes. Mike and Jen will whip up a batch and give them a try.
