SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio chef is bringing new things to the Alamo city and we’re getting a sneak peek. Have you had your daily pick me up? You might want to try Early Bird Coffee. Energy X Fitness is getting us back to the basics for the new year, and we get some goodies from a popular, local, home baker, it’s all today on SA Live.

Chef Pieter Sypesteyn has brought the incredible flavors of New Orleans to the Alamo city, now he’s getting ready to bring the tastes of Cambodia cuisine. It’s a brand new restaurant concept called Golden Wat and we’re getting a sneak peek.

Have you ever seen espresso shots coming out of an airstreamer? Early Bird Coffee is a cute little pitstop at the Huebner Oaks shopping center, that can give you that perk you need as you head into the middle of the week.

Fitness is still on a lot of people’s minds, but before you start diving into high intensity workouts, you should nail those basic moves. Energy X Fitness is showing us how to do the fundamentals of fitness, the right way.

Are you looking for a custom cake for you next celebration? Commandough Bakery was started by a home baker and it’s taking off. We’re showing you a little bit of what she can do.

This might be a little random... but, what was the strangest thing you’ve found in your junk drawer? Our host Mike Osterhage found something very random and he was wondering what was in other peoples junk drawer...
