SAN ANTONIO – Today on the show, peach cobbler turned into a drink, vegan ceviche, a new burger joints makes it way into San Antonio, summer treats for your dogs, & a sneak peek performance from the Balcones Heights Jazz Festival.

A twist on lemonade and peach cobbler turned into a drink... Summer Moon Coffee does more than just java. We get a taste of their brand new summer sippers. Their creative creations got us thinking... what dessert would you turn into a drink? That’s our question of the day, share your comments on our Facebook page @saliveksat and you might see your answers on today’s show... maybe you might even inspire someone to actually make it.

If you’re grabbing a summer treat for yourself, might as well pick one up for your four-legged friend. Betty’s Sweet Bakery is a new shop selling hand-baked dog treats using all-natural and fresh ingredients. We’ll be making pupcakes & pawletas today on the show.

There’s a new burger joint in town. If you travel across Texas you may have seen P. Terry’s Burger Stand. They’ve finally made it to the Alamo City and we’re giving them a try.

If you’re looking for a meatless Thursday, Vegan Avenue is quickly gaining popularity with their take on plant-based meals. Today we check out their version of vegan ceviche.

And if you’re looking for something to do, The Balcones Height Jazz Festival is right around the corner, we’re getting a sneak peek performance from musician Joe Pasada.

SA Live airs weekdays at 1 p.m. on KSAT 12. Stream the show anytime from the KSAT TV app on Roku, smart TV or smartphone. You can watch the full show in the video below.
