NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – If you're looking for family-friendly entertainment, you are in luck!
The annual 10-day German Wurstfest continues until Sunday, November 12.
Wurstfest is known for their German music, food, games, carnival rides, dancing, and last but not least... their Bavarian beer.
This year Wurstfest wanted to spice up their food options.
There is a sausage on a stick stuffed with macaroni and cheese with jalapenos.
Wurstfest started as a festival to honor sausage
Dating back to 1961, Wurstfest originally started as a 10-day festival to salute sausage... this isn't a joke.
