Rumors surfaced earlier this week of a damaging video that involved Dez Bryant, and now media reports have linked the star Cowboys wide receiver to a parking lot disturbance at a Dallas-area Walmart in July 2011 where Bryant was questioned by police.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport obtained a police report that detailed the incident.

The document stated officers were called to a Lancaster Walmart after reports of a woman being dragged from one vehicle to another vehicle in the parking lot by a man.

The woman was later identified as Bryant's girlfriend Ilyne Nash.

According to the report, the car Nash was being dragged from was registered to Bryant, but no one was in the car when police arrived.

Bryant later pulled into the parking lot with Nash and she told police she had been in an argument with a man, but it was not Bryant.

Police questioned Bryant and let him go. No charges were filed in the case. The police report did not state whether Bryant was the man who dragged Nash.

Rapoport reported Cowboys officials have been aware of the incident for some time.

The Dallas Morning News reported later Thursday that police are not in possession of a video showing the Walmart disturbance.

An alleged video featuring Bryant is rumored to be disturbing in nature, but NFL league insiders have not confirmed whether any such video exists.

The Cowboys are currently in contract negotiations with Bryant, who wants a long term deal worth nearly $120 million.
