SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs will be looking to extend their home winning streak to 13 games when they host the Utah Jazz tonight in the AT&T Center.

”The fans drive you," said Manu Ginobili who added, "we haven't played the Warriors, the Clippers, the Cavaliers, some of the best teams in the league."

The Spurs (20-5) are coming off a huge road win over the Atlanta Hawks Saturday night 103-78 while the Jazz are coming of a loss Sunday night in overtime against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Jazz are two games under .500 (10-12), but the Spurs are expecting a tough game, their first meeting with the Jazz this season.

"If you say 'Jazz', they are going to play hard it is going to be physical," Ginobili said.

"We are going to need to be on our 'A' game tonight, they are obviously very physical, very young," said Patty Mills.

The Spurs are still relying on their defense to keep them in games and sometimes win them. “Hopefully we are steady,” Ginobili said.

The Spurs still lead the league in points allowed at only 88.2 a game. No other team is below 90 points a game.

If the Spurs can pull off a victory tonight, Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich will pass Rick Adelman for eighth on the all time NBA wins list. Right now the two are tied at 1,042.
