SAN ANTONIO – The Antonian Volleyball team defeated Plano Prestonwood gaining their fourth TAPPS 6A state championship title. The team won 25-18, 31-29, 25-18.
Prestonwood, however, did not go down without a fight. The Apaches had to overcome a 5-2 deficit in their third set to win the title.

All four titles have come under the leadership of head coach Samantha McLure.
The Antonian cross country team also earned their seventh boys state championship TAPPS title in eight years.
With a total of 67 points, the Apache runners were led by senior John Pena (7th place) and junior Trenton Reynolds (8th place).
The top five runners on the boys team all finished in the Top 21.
