SAN ANTONIO – Spurs coach Gregg Popovich is now immortalized in goat form in a tattoo on one San Antonio man’s arm.
The goat is symbolic of the phrase “greatest of all time.”

"Pop is the greatest coach ever on and off court. Therefore, he’s half goat and half human,” Rodriguez said of his Coach Pop tattoo.
Mike Rodriguez was born and raised in the Alamo City and honored his hometown with another recent tattoo as well.
Tattoo artist Armando Bernal inked Pop the GOAT on Rodriguez’s arm, and Jason Mendoza tattooed an exit sign that hangs over Highway 90.
Rodriguez posted photos of his recent tattoos, Pop the GOAT and the General McMullen exit sign, to his Facebook.

“I bleed black and silver, we’re due for a championship. I’ve been to all five downtown championship celebrations. Even my kids are already Spurs fans,” Rodriguez said.
He’s hoping the tattoo gets around to Coach Pop so he can see his reaction.
