WHAT MEMORIES DO YOU TAKE AWAY WITH YOU AS YOU LEAVE HIGH SCHOOL?

“My fondest memories from the last four years has to be creating a Bible Study Club. It really allowed me to spread the lights of Christ to other people because he has been influential in my life so I wanted to spread that to others. Also, football and track and my freshman year I got to run in a couple of relays with my older brother because I was able to make varsity.”

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR FELLOW STUDENTS ON HOW TO BALANCE ACADEMICS AND ATHLETICS?

“Just have a schedule and don’t waste all of your time watching movies and being on your phone. Have a checklist to do and be very organized. Also, communicate with your teachers, don’t be afraid to talk to them because they will help you out.”

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER YOU GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL?

“I plan on attending Texas State University for Business Management but after that I would like to become a priest.”

WHAT MESSAGE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR PARENTS OR TEACHERS OR COACHES?

“I want to say thank you to my mom, dad, brother, sister, grandma and grandpa - basically all my family members for leading me and guiding me on the right path. If I didn’t have the solid foundation of parenthood that I grew up with, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
