ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday morning that a Dallas police spokesperson said no arrests have been reported in connection with the incident.
This is the latest alleged incident for the Cowboys star running back, who is already under NFL investigation because of a 2016 domestic violence accusation against him.
Elliott is reportedly facing a one or two game suspension, but the NFL has not commented on the investigation and has not made a final decision on whether would be suspended at all.
Schefter reported Elliott has been preparing a response to the league in regards to the domestic violence accusation, according to Schefter.
Elliott is entering his second season with the Cowboys after rushing for 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns in his rookie season.
