Madalynn Lambert is the News Trainee at KSAT-12. She grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Judson High School in 2020.
In 2024, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin with minors in global and science communication.
Throughout her college career, she worked for the university’s broadcast journalism programs including Texas Student Television and Reporting Texas. She also interned at NBC affiliate, KXAN- Austin.
She is passionate about keeping her community informed. With her strong reporting and storytelling skills, she is motivated to keep San Antonio up to date with current events. While Madalynn is from San Antonio, she is eager to learn from the community and make an impact on the city’s future.
During her free time, Madalynn enjoys playing volleyball and swimming. Her favorite treat is a mangonada from Ice Ice Baby.
