Make this delicious compote using Shiner Ruby Redbird!
Ingredients:
Shiner Ruby Redbird
Ginger
Fresh Berries
Orange Juice
Lemon zest
Confectioner sugar
Directions:
In a pot, combine fresh berries, orange juice, and lemon zest
Pour in a half bottle of Shiner Ruby Redbird
Bring to a boil
Stir mixture and allow to reduce by half
Serve over waffles
