The feisty Frenchie that made headlines last month for being a “whole jerk,” according to the animal shelter that featured his adoption, was returned to the shelter again two weeks after his last unsuccessful attempt at a forever home.

Two dogs abandoned in Balcones Heights apartment are facing euthanasia if they're not adopted or fostered by Friday.

Meet Ralphie, a smiley French bulldog who is looking for a forever home — the catch? The animal shelter where he currently resides says “he’s a whole jerk- not even half.”

Thirteen animal rescue groups will come together from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Saturday, June 25, at the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium for the Rescue United Adoption Event. Admission is free.
