It's been a remarkable rise for UTSA, which has only had a football program since 2011. UTSA lost to Arizona last season in Tucson 38-13, but the Wildcats know this will be a tough early season test. Arizona enters Thursday night's game after a blowout 58-13 win over UNLV in their opener.
