B.I.G. Love Cancer Care's San Antonio Program Director said thieves broke into one of the charity's storage units. They took toys meant for a holiday, but left behind "My Chemo Fairy" dolls and signs with photos of child cancer patients, including some who had died.

Thanks to the San Antonio community, dozens of local families who have loved ones dealing with cancer will have gifts under their trees this holiday.
